Foffa Warranty and Returns

WARRANTY

All Foffa Bikes products comply with the relevant British and or European Safety Standards. New Foffa bikes come with a 6 months non-transferrable warranty, our framesets come with a 12 months non-transferrable warranty.

FOFFA warranties do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.

Your FOFFA Warranty is only valid if a certified cycle mechanic has assembled your bicycle.

When logging a warranty claim you will be asked to supply proof of purchase and to complete a warranty claim form. Pictures are required to support your warranty claim along with the details of the shop or qualified bicycle mechanic responsible for completing the bike build and servicing.

The FOFFA warranty does not cover; normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow up maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold. Modification of the frame or components voids any warranty.

The FOFFA warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

The FOFFA warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of defective frame or defective parts, and is the sole remedy of the warranty.

A bicycle consists of many different components and is therefore warranted under different terms. Therefore any fault with a particular component on your bicycle will be dealt with as an individual issue with that particular faulty part.

Faulty parts under your FOFFA warranty will be replaced with new parts, parts should be fitted by a qualified mechanic so not to void your FOFFA warranty.

FOFFA is not responsible for any labor charges or fees related to warranty claims.

 

Returns

At Single-Speed Co. our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please feel free to return your goods within 7 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund.

Please note we reserve the right to charge a £20 admin fee once the order is placed as long as we are not able to process your order within 30 days.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

 

Any item can be returned to us for any reason provided it has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging and with a valid proof of purchase.

We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example riding a bicycle prior to cancellation).

Refunds will be processed by BACS or Paypal, so as soon as we receive the goods back and approve the refund we will contact you to get in touch to collect the required details.

Before shipping the bike to us please contact us on info@single-speed.co.uk so we can process your request.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier service as we cannot be held liable for the loss of any parcel on its return journey to our warehouse. Please ensure that the service you use covers the value of the goods in the parcel. Please note Single-Speed Co. orFoffa Bikes is not responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

 

  • Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • Please note we might charge you a £20 restocking fee.
  • Customised items cannot be returned
  • Gift vouchers are not refundable
