Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via a trackable courier. 
We use couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Parcel Force and Royal Mail and national mail services for smaller items.

When you order from Single Speed Co, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order's shipment.

All orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days except if the product is out of stock or on pre-order. We use different trackable courier companies- FedEx, DHL, UPS, Parcelforce, DPD. We ship from several warehouses located in UK and Europe. Delivery times depend on your selected country and may vary a little. Delivery may take between 1-10 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

We calculate shipping charges for each item separately depending on size, weight and where your chosen item is located.

We do provide FREE shipping for all bikes to the UK and other locations whenever possible.

Do you ship to my location?

We ship all our products to UK and Europe and some smaller items World Wide.

What if my purchase arrives damaged?

 

Rarely, but sometimes couriers miscarry the goods. That's not the end of the world. If you see your items are damaged upon receiving the box, please refuse the delivery. It will automatically return the items to our warehouse and we will resend a replacement. 
If you find out the goods are damaged upon opening the box, please take some pictures and/or video of the issue and contact our customer support immediately. Depending on the issue we will replace the damaged parts or goods.

Can I return my purchase?

Sure, we currently comply with EU regulations for online trade and you have 14 days to return your item with no questions asked as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
